I can’t tell if the last part is a number or is part of the edge of the stamp (see pictures). It is also stamped inside with the serial number “1031H933_ (see pictures). I can't make out the last number or letter. The inside is stamped with “5-69-_ with an X over the top”.
It was made in May of 1969 by Stella Harmony and is their Fenderhead model.
